Shipping Locations
This policy applies to orders shipped within Australia.
Delivery Times
Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM AEST. Orders placed after this time are processed the following business day, which can add one day to the delivery estimate.
Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Once your order is processed it is handed to one of our trusted carriers.
Transit Time: 6 to 7 business days, Monday to Friday.
Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 9 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary for reasons outside our control.
Carrier Services
We partner with reliable carriers to deliver across Australia, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: every order within Australia ships free, with no minimum spend.
Paid Shipping, if applicable: for destinations outside our free shipping zone, shipping is calculated and shown at checkout.
Delivery Issues
If anything goes wrong with a delivery, including a delay or a lost parcel, contact our customer service team straight away. We will chase it with the carrier and make sure your order reaches you.
